Del Norte and Sandia Volleyball Square Off to Help Fight Cancer

The Del Norte Volleyball team, together with Sandia High School, are hoping to Pack the Gym and "Dig Pink" to benefit the UNM Children's Cancer Hospital. The game will be played Tuesday, September 29th at 6:30 pm in the Del Norte Gym. According to Del Norte head coach Andrea Quintana, “We are hoping to raise $5000 in honor of Del Norte friend and manager Kyle, currently in treatment for bone cancer. Last year we packed the gym with close to 200 people and raised over $5,000. This year we play for UNM Children’s Cancer Hospital in support of our friend Kyle.”
