ENMU's Kcholi Selected ESPN the Magazine Academic All District

PORTALES, N.M.— Guy Kcholi (Jr., Yaure, Israel/Ginsburg HS) from the Eastern New Mexico University track and field teams have been selected ESPN the Magazine Academic All District 6 for his efforts in the field events and in the classroom.
To be eligible for ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District honors, student-athletes must carry at least a 3.2 cumulative grade point average, have participated in at least half of the team’s events and have reached sophomore status both athletically and academically.
Kcholi, a biology major, placed fourth in the 1,500-meter run at McMurry and recorded a 14th place finish in the 800-meter run at the Texas Tech Open.
